Legal-Bay will not present your case to a 3rd party funder without your verbal authorization. Compounding pricing by 3rd parties will be higher pricing paybacks than what Legal-Bay’s standard flat pricing would’ve been.
All price quotes and contract offer, whether with Legal-Bay or 3rd party funding sources, are non-binding; as a consumer you are free to walk away prior to signing for no cost whatsoever.
Any quoted contract values do not include any administrative, underwriting and due diligence, broker fees and any other fees Legal-Bay deems necessary. A total fee amount will be listed on your final contract quote. Fees added to your funding contract will increase your actual your payback cost (or APR) compared to what you receive in your net funding amount.
If certain jurisdictions consider these cases to be considered a loan and not a non-recourse cash advance, then the rates will automatically default to the highest usury rate in that jurisdiction.
None of the quoted prices on this site include settled prices whatsoever, or cases deemed to be settled. No special pricing is provided for settled cases since any case can still be appealed – or not collectible – and ultimately lost by plaintiff and Legal-Bay. (Unless specifically designated as settled case in a particular jurisdiction.)
