This document, henceforth referred to as the Terms of Service (“Terms”), constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Legal Bay, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the legal-bay.com and lawsuitssettlementfunding.com websites as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”). The Services also encompass our SMS/text marketing initiatives, electronic mail communications, and any and all data, text, photographs, graphics, video, audio, or other material that are uploaded, downloaded, published, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Content”).

In utilizing the Services, you agree to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations (“Applicable Laws”). Your use of the Services is contingent upon your full compliance with the aforementioned Applicable Laws, and any breach of such laws constitutes a breach of these Terms. You also agree to engage with the Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable ethical guidelines, professional standards, and other governing principles.
c. Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all data, information, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials (“Content”) that you upload, post, publish, display, transmit, or otherwise use or make available through the Services. By submitting Content on or through the Services, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is accurate, (ii) you have all necessary rights to such Content and are authorized to provide it, (iii) the Content does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party, and (iv) the Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
d. Restrictions on Use
In your use of the Services, you are prohibited from engaging in acts that Legal Bay, LLC deems, in its sole discretion, to be misuse of the Services. Such prohibited acts include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) accessing or using the Services for any unlawful purpose; (ii) infringing on the intellectual property rights of others; (iii) collecting or storing personal data about other users of the Services without their express consent; (iv) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services, or the data contained therein; (v) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks; (vi) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; and (vii) engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Services.
Failure to comply with these restrictions constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in, among other actions, termination or suspension of your access to the Services.
Article 2: Legal-Bay Text Reminders and Marketing
a. Consent to Receive Communications
Upon opting into our SMS (Short Message Service) and electronic mail service, you hereby affirmatively consent to receive periodic text and email communications regarding your application submission, updates, and promotional marketing messages from Legal Bay, LLC. This consent is a material condition of your use of the Services and is not obligatory for the purchase of any products or services.
b. Termination of Communications
You are entitled to opt out of receiving SMS and email communications from us at any time. To discontinue receiving SMS messages, you may send a text message with the word “STOP” to the designated number provided by us. Upon receipt of your request, we will send a one-time message confirming your decision to unsubscribe. Subsequent to this confirmation, you will not receive further messages from us. Should you wish to opt in again in the future, you may do so by following the initial subscription process.
c. Assistance and Customer Support
Should you require any assistance regarding our text message service or encounter any issues, you may obtain support by replying with the keyword “HELP” to any of our messages or by sending an email to info@legal-bay.com.
d. Limitation of Carrier Liability
It is acknowledged that delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective functioning of telecommunications networks and carriers, over which Legal Bay, LLC has no control. Therefore, Legal Bay, LLC is not liable for any delays, failures, or other issues in message delivery attributable to carriers or telecommunications network malfunctions.
e. Applicability of Message and Data Rates
Your agreement to receive SMS and email communications is subject to message and data rates, as determined and billed by your mobile carrier. You are advised to consult with your wireless service provider to understand any applicable message and data rates.
Article 3: Privacy and Data Use
a. Commitment to Data Privacy
Legal Bay, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information. The collection, use, and protection of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://lawsuitssettlementfunding.com/privacy.php. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy periodically to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
b. Prohibition of Unauthorized Data Sharing

b. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Legal Bay, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Services, including, without limitation, any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Legal Bay, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties.
Article 5: General Terms
a. Amendments to the Terms
Legal Bay, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise, update, change, modify, add to, supplement, or delete certain terms of these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
b. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Legal Bay, LLC is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding between Legal Bay, LLC and you related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in said jurisdiction.
c. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional terms and conditions or policies referred to and incorporated herein (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and Legal Bay, LLC as to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior negotiations, commitments, and writings.
